For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and use marryph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on marryph or any associated platform;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of marryph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners;
• You will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment, and not as a financial instrument, investment vehicle, or income-generating activity;
• You have not previously had an account terminated by marryph for breach of these Terms.

marryph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) account on the marryph platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date at all times. marryph is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes generated for your account. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. marryph support representatives will never ask for your password in any communication channel.

marryph is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires you to submit legible copies of the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or Voter's ID);
• A selfie holding the submitted ID, taken at the time of submission;
• Proof of payment method ownership, if required (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and number).

KYC documents are reviewed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating hours. marryph reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient or ambiguous. No withdrawal will be processed for any account that has not successfully completed KYC verification.

All submitted documents are processed in accordance with marryph's Privacy Policy. marryph does not sell, transfer, or share KYC documentation with unrelated third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

marryph accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods is subject to change at marryph's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by marryph; however, individual payment methods may impose their own per-transaction limits in accordance with their respective platform policies (e.g., BSP-mandated GCash transaction limits).

marryph charges zero deposit fees on all transactions processed through the platform. Third-party fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside marryph's control and may apply independently.

marryph reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and may request supporting documentation before crediting funds to a Player's wallet.

Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method that was previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has successfully completed KYC verification;
• There are no pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds active in the account wallet;
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold;
• The account is in good standing with no active investigations for potential breach of these Terms.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 1 to 4 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, public holidays in the Philippines, or technical maintenance windows. marryph is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

marryph reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that are unusually large, involve a newly registered payment method, or are accompanied by patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. During such investigations, withdrawals may be temporarily held for up to 72 hours.

marryph offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: first deposit welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all marryph promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus offers are available to verified accounts in good standing only;
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds expire in accordance with the timeframe stated in the specific offer — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit;
• marryph reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate;
• Games with high variance or progressive jackpot mechanics may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations;
• Players may opt out of a bonus at any time prior to any wager being placed using Bonus Funds — contact support to request removal before play begins.

marryph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing mathematically risk-free bets using Bonus Funds, or systematic exploitation of wagering contributions. Any account found engaging in such activities will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

All games available on the marryph platform — including live casino tables, slots, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and arcade games — are governed by the individual game rules as presented within each game environment. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in all matters not specifically governed by the individual game's published rules.

All electronic casino games (slots, bingo, arcade) on marryph use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Certified Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games are published within the respective game information panel.

marryph is not responsible for technical malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections arising from the Player's internet connection, device, or browser. In the event of a proven platform-side technical error that materially affects game outcomes, marryph will endeavor to void and refund the affected wager. Decisions made by marryph's technical team in such cases are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the marryph platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on marryph;
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or fraud;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting in live casino or sports markets;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or operate your account;
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to place wagers on your behalf;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or marryph staff via any communication channel.

marryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with effective tools to manage their play. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified account holders via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that prevent loading beyond your chosen amount;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive periodic notifications reminding you of your cumulative session time;
• Loss Limits — Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the marryph platform — including but not limited to the marryph name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of marryph or its licensed content providers (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, and Microgaming).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the marryph platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, marryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of a third-party payment provider to process a transaction.

marryph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." marryph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes beyond RNG certification, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Players may close their marryph account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the account wallet at the time of closure may be requested for withdrawal provided all applicable KYC, wagering requirement, and minimum withdrawal conditions are satisfied.

marryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable requested timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering;
• Failure to meet age eligibility requirements;
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority;
• Discovery of a self-exclusion arrangement that the Player failed to disclose at registration.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, marryph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account wallet, including Real Money Funds, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other remedies available to marryph.

marryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, marryph will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

Changes become effective 7 days after notification for material amendments, and immediately for minor corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law or regulatory authority. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and marryph regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus, withdrawal, or account matter, the Player must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting marryph's support team via live chat. The support team will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the Player may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to marryph via the contact details in Section 16. marryph will respond to formal written complaints within 14 calendar days.

marryph's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, RNG-determined results, and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to demonstrable technical error. These Terms shall be governed by applicable Philippine law and regulations pertaining to online gaming, and any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body.
